My Story
I hold a degree in Kinesiology from Penn State. My path has woven together movement, art, and healing in ways I couldn't have planned, yet somehow feel guided toward. For 26 years I've worked as a portrait photographer, developing an eye for subtle expression, posture, and the story held in every body. That same attentiveness informs my work as a licensed massage therapist, certified sound healer, and biomechanist.
My understanding of anatomy & movement science blends naturally with intuitive, hands-on healing and the vibrational power of sound. Each skill I’ve gathered over the years feels interconnected: the photographer’s awareness of form and light, the kinesiologist’s knowledge of structure and function, the bodyworker’s sensitivity to tissue and tension, and the sound healer’s attunement to frequency and resonance. Together, they create a holistic approach that supports both physical alignment and energetic balance.
Outside the treatment room, I’m an avid cyclist and gardener. Time spent riding and digging the Earth continually reminds me how rhythm, breath, and natural cycles shape wellbeing. These practices keep me grounded in the same principles I share with my clients: flow, patience, and trust in the body’s innate intelligence.
Looking back, I feel divinely driven toward each chapter of my journey. Every study, certification, and creative pursuit has led me to exactly where I am: helping others reconnect with their bodies, their senses, and their own capacity to heal.
